VP Sales „Poland“



In this role, you will on the one hand lead the local team and thus ensure the realization of the market and order intake targets in the national Polish market, regularly also through personal involvement with customers. In addition, you will develop your team and organization dynamically and adapt them to constantly changing requirements. You lead, control, motivate and evaluate your employees and ensure stringent, efficient and comprehensible processes, especially with regard to the company’s representation in the market, local accessibility and responsiveness and the creation of concepts and offers. In addition, you „listen to the market“, identify opportunities, new technologies and processes, recognize trends and market movements and evaluate opportunities and risks with regard to achieving local company goals. Internally, you see yourself as an entrepreneur in the company, design and occupy the interface to the „mother house“ and also represent your national interests there.


The ideal candidate has broad experience and knowledge of the investment behavior of manufacturing industrial companies and in the professional processing of investment projects. In particular, you are familiar with dealing with customer-side planning, budgeting and decision-making processes in sales-related issues and have a secure handling of client-side buying centers. Your profound technical skills and abilities and a high degree of creative technical problem-solving skills enable you to evaluate machine concepts, identify new technologies and thus align the entire range of products to the requirements and wishes of the market. On the other hand, you have the ability to abstract from day-to-day business and deal creatively with visionary and strategic issues. Finally, your good methodical skills in the areas of communication and presentation as well as your general entrepreneurial attitude round off your profile.
